I have anal fistula for which I need to go home .I was diagnosed with it in 2016 but decided not to go for a surgery at that time because it had recurred after a surgery in 2015. Now again I have it and it hurts to sit on a 9 to 5 job so I want to go home and get it treated in homeopathy. My company requires a medical certification otherwise they won't give me leave and the doctor is not ready to give me a medical certificate without operating. I feel like dying .Please help me with this. Nobody is ready to understand.
