You mother suffering from nerve compression in l4l5, se, disc level, ithink ites pivd, on both area like lumbosacral spine and cervical spine, You take treatment physiotherapy under neuro physio or orthopedic physio ,and consult also from neurologist.

Get your mother tested for Diabetes. If she is a known diabetic and the blood sugar levels are fluctuant, this can b a reason for peripheral numbness and pain. Proper sugar control, calcium and vit B complex supplements should help.
