Hi, My husband age is 41 years. He had gallbladder stones. On 2 June 2018 ERCP was done and one stent is inserted in abdomen. On June 19, the gallbladder has been removed from laparoscopic cholecystectomy. After 2 days coughing started. Today 8 days over but coughing is still there. Whenever he cough pain started in stitches. Coughing is getting worst. Now what to do please suggest. Thanks.

Hi faisal its unfortunate. That.he is suffering after laporoscopic cholecystectomy. To find out the reason for cough. Kindly get a usg whole abdomen done again from a good centre. Alao get a cxr done. Visit your operatingbsurgeon. The cause may be as dimple as upper respiratory tract infection or it may be complex as .abdominal abscess.
