I just deliver a baby with normal birth. After sometimes I notice my stool becomes hard to pass. N den little bump is coming oit from that place and pain irritation burning sensation after passing. Nd little blood with stool. I knew it is hemorrhoid. But I was not having chronic constipation. Nd now I am really worried. M keeping an eye that I don get constipation. But I want treat it permanently please suggest me. And I deliver my first baby. N also m feeding my milk to my baby. So please suggest me. Some remedy to treat it. M taking fibre food in my diet n also sitting in warm water.

Fibre in diet as well as good amout of water are needed to keep the stool soft. Avoid foods with less fibre. Get yourself checked up to know the cause of constipation and for appropriate treatment for the Haemorrhoids or any other associated ailment.
