Lybrate-user, it's time you get the blood test for serum calcium and serum vit. D. It must be low according to your symptoms. Also start tab calcium once a day and calcirol sachet weekly. For pain, take muscle relaxant.

Abdominal crampsNot really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also adbominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.
