I have had increased sexual activity in last week. Now I suddenly realise that one of my testicle is slightly bigger than the other one. Sometime when scrotum is tight they both looks equal but when it is loose they seem to be of different size. I am worried about this. Is this problem serious?

As long as you are feeling well and able to perform sexual activity according to your expectations their is nothing to worry. Regarding the perception of size some variation is always there. The only way to assess the size of each testis is to undergo ultrasound of the scrotum and measure the sizes to satisfy your inquisitive brain. In real life size of testis hardly matters what matters is absence of testicular pain on a gentle squeeze or heaviness of the testis or associated collection of fluid around testis,
