Hello Sir, recently I had ultrasound and found to have septate uterus with a muscular septa dividing the cavity in to two halves and possibly extending up to cervix. 8.5 mm regular homogenous endometrium seen. Myometrium shows homogenous texture, no myoma seen. 3D reconstruction images of fundus shows no deepening of fungal uterine contour. Uterus AP X TRANS diameter = 29x54 mm. What are the consequences and will it hamper in pregnancy?

Thats a variant of the uterus! It might cause a bit of problem in concieving but that does not mean that you can not get pregnant! Be positive.
