I am suffering from lower pelvic pain and needle like sensation on the lower right abdomen .I am also suffering from constipation.

Hello, The pain could be due to ovulation period if you are in mid cycle. Else urinary tract infection or PID ( pelvic inflammation ) can be possible causes.
