Hi Sir, Actually I underwent for a surgery for left humerus fracture and during surgery radial nerve has changed its position and the result is wrist drop. I'm able to do finger movement but I'm unable to lift my wrist and not in a position to put in a thumb's up position. I'm so worried about it n Dr. suggested to wear cock up splint for wrist drop. I'm thinking to go for physiotherapy. Will that help me to do wrist movement's? Or suggest any other which help to cure my wrist drop.

Probably there is radial nerve injury. Get examined again. Probably some bony spur or some tissue is compressing nerve. Cockup splint and bony release may help.
