I am 23 m. My dick size after full erect is 4 inches. I want to increase the size. I have seen here doctor suggesting kegel n jelqing exercises for that. Is it really helpful. In how much time if we do exercise daily can we see the result of increase in penis size. N is this result permanent even after we don't do these exercises. Please tell.
