Hello - "Clingen forte vaginal pessary" for vaginal infection- is this a safe medicine to take during first trimester for vaginal infection? Iv got a mild infection. 11 month pregnant and medicine I am taking currently - Sustain 200 mg BD/ thyronorm 100 mg / folic acid 5 mg / Aquasustain inj twice a week and Noxaparin daily. I have had bleeding in 8 week and now just brown spots sometime. Thanks.

Hello, No, it is not recommended in first trimester, instead you can just opt for alkaline vaginal washes.
