I am 24, I look much Younger almost like a kid due to lack of no facial hair. And further more when I am in 10th standard I use to look like a 6th standard guy and in the same way while I graduated I looked like a 10th standard guy. Can I know what it actually is and why is it is like that for me. And finally is their any solution for that?
