My 1 year old son has been prescribed ZENFLOX suspension, BECOSULES SYRUP & BILACIN DT for treating loss of appetite and low weight gain. He weighs 7.5 kg. Is it safe to take the above medicines? I have read online that ZENFLOX should not be given to anyone less than 18 years.

Zenflox is an antibiotic. Should be given only when there is an infection, but should be avoided in such young children. Please take second opinion before giving it. Other 2 are multivitamin supplements. Better to give natural whole food to child instead of giving artificial supplements.
