I am suffering from perianal hematoma. Is there any cure of this disease without performing surgery?

A hematoma if small will get absorbed on its own. You can take sitz bath (sit in a hot water tub, take some analgesics. Do not strain while defecating, can use a mild laxative. If too much symptomatic (pain) or a large size, it will require surgical evacuation which is a small procedure.
