Dear lybrate-user watching tv will not affect your ears. Avoid public meetings with loud speakers. Avoid using ear phones with loud sounds. Whenever you get to any doctor for any treatment tell them that you shouldn't be given ototoxic drugs. Do not forget this. Protect the other ear because it becomes your precious ear. Try to find out if anyone in family also having similar complaint. Take them to doctor as well and check for the reasons. To stop further progress use cap neurozan for a month one cap a day after breakfast. Check the spelling of the capsule before you buy. Its neurozan not neurozen. Get well soon.
