My urine sugar is 2 and ketone is nil What it mean I am taking insulin 3 times a day.

It means sugar is passing in urine. Normally it should not. Your body is utilizing sugar to produce energy. Ketones are produced when body is not able utilize glucose because of deficiency of insulin, and energy is produced by metabolism of fats. You need to increase the dose of insulin.
