What is extra renal pelvis? Is it any kidney disease? Is it harmful to solitary compensatory hypertrophied kidney which GFR is 77.6? Previously the ultra sound showed it is grade 1 hydronephrosis after that I was suggested for NCCT KuB and it shows extra renal pelvis. I have only one kidney i.e left one, right one is removed. Please advise.
