Yes you can use it easily for months together. But why you need so long. If your fissure dsnt heal by one month regular treatment that means it has become chronic. Then no fun continuing the treatment as surgery is recommended then. However thr is no harm using it locally for long time unless you are a cardiac patient. Regards.
