I am 29 years old married for the past 3 years trying to conceive. My periods are irregular I used to take ayurvedic medicines which worked fine till I was married. Later we moved to a gulf country since then it has been irregular again which is why it becomes difficult to calculate the fertile days. My thyroid tests are normal, blood sugar level is normal, not suffering from pcod/pcos. Doc diagnosed me with hormonal imbalance and there is no ovulation happening at times. Husband's sperm analysis was done results are good. Please suggest so that we can take this further to help us conceive.
