I am 50 years male having tinea on inner thighs taken itraconazole 200 + terbinafine 500 bd for 5 months with miconazole & terbinafine locally now luliconazole locally. Having applied salicylic acid 12% lotion also but getting recurring even when on above treatment continue. Skin scraping positive for dermatophytic. Please suggest me.
