S/o calculus Left kidney shows an echogenic shadow with distal acoustic shadowing in lower pole, measuring about 5.5 mm in size. S/o calculus. Left kidney shows dilated pelvicalyceal system, Gr. 1 hydronephrosis. The left ureter is dilated upto the pelvis with an echogenic focus with distal acoustic shadowing at the VUJ. S/o calculus. It measures about 6.4 mm in size. Impression Fatty liver GR. 2. Right renal calculus Left renal & VUJ calculi with left Gr. 1 HYDRONEPHROSIS.
