I am 34 years old divorce. I want a baby of my won by surrogacy. I have consult with few centres and they are ready for the surrogacy process. Though commercial surrogacy bill is not yet passed. Will I or my child have to face legal problems in future? What kind of challenges we have to face in the society being single mother? Like, is there any problem for the admission of the child or in any exam related form in future without the name of his/ her father?

You can be a single mother legally you wii not have any problems. It is allowed by the law. In fact you can carry the baby yourself rather than surrogate carrying your baby. Still you can meet a lawyer to understand more legal aspects if you want to.
