I had done a kidney transplant in the year 2017 may. And my age is 19 years. I am using tacrolimus drug with combination mycophenolate. My question is what is the normal range of tacrolimus level after 1 year post kidney transplant patient in adults.

At this young age, you have really undergone a very major surgery successfully. Congratulations on that. You must have already read about the desired level of tacrolimus (5 -15 nmg. This level is desired as long as you are taking tacrolimus to ensure graft survival without the toxicity.
