High uric acid can easily be controlled with low purine diet in which you have to restrict intake of nonveg food, spinache, milk and milk products like cheese paneer etc. Get serum uric acid test after one month and if not controlled then add medicines under supervision of your doctor. You have not specified thyroid problem. Should restrict intske of radish turnip mustard mustard green cabbage cauliflower soyabean broccoli etc because these food items lebeled as goitrogens means they increase the size of thyroid gland.
