I am 26 years. Married before 1&1/2 years ago .we r trying for conceive .bt after hsg we found dat my lt. Fallopian tube is blocked n rt. Is peritoneal spill. Dr. Suggest us for diagnostic laparoscopy .I jst wanna know dat after surgery can I conceive?
