I am taking Insulin for Blood sugar control from last one year around 40 ml daily in addition to metformin 500 mg twice. I am aged 73 years now. I find with using insulin the size of my stomach is increasing abnormally and weight is also increased by 5 kg in a year. Kindly advise.
