I am a tobacco addict. I feel sleepy all the time when I try quitting it. Please suggest how to fight this withdrawal symptom of uncontrolled sleep. I have tried nicotex which does not help much. Also bupron and champix take me to mood swing as I have bipolar disorder. Please help.
