I had got tympanoplasty done and now there is a small hole that is still there. There is no improvement in the hearing. Is it ok if the hole is left as it is? Also is it advisable to go for a revision surgery. What is the success rate of such surgery.

Small hole should close down on its own unless until proven otherwise and surgery is the last option
