Hello Sir, Since 2 years I am suffering from kidney stone. The stone is around 7 mm in size and is stuck in the route of bladder (don't know exact term). The same is dissolved through medicine and around 2 mm is left when the last sonography was done. Since that I am not taking any medicine, although my doctor prescribed some medicine. What should I do? Is drinking lots of water daily and avoid eating things having calcium? Should I continue taking those medicines? I want to normalise the things naturally and not by taking medicines. Please guide me.
