Hi Sir, Is it normal to see dreams whole night and occasionally getting up in middle of height and again sleep in 5-10 minutes and again see dream till final getting up at morning. Dreams not treating just normal but it is daily and could be remembered after getting. So is it normal or sign of any impending issue. Without medication and meditation /yoga is there any way to sleep peacefully without dream.

Hi lybrate-user. Dreams are just normal .No need to worry about that. But getting up after each dream is not ok. But may be because you are worried about it. Forget about dreams they are good in many ways. Before sleep keep good beautiful images in mind or read or see comics or something soothening your mind like music. Yoga meditation are good if done properly. No need of medicine now. Bye and take care.
