In rheumatoid arthritis you will have involvement of small joints especially of wrist and hand initially later involving the bigger joints. The pain and stiffness will be more in the morning, sometimes with swelling and also fever. Rheumatoid arthritis is more of clinical diagnosis and the blood reports always may not be positive. As you have also told that you had hysterectomy due to which you can develop osteoporosis and joint pains. Better to consult a specialist again and get properly evaluated.
