I am a moderate active person like total 30 min walk a day .I sit a lot so that I take care of my nearby 3 months old baby and always be there for her. I am a housewife. But I don't do any household chores. I have 3 or 4 meals in a day .sometimes junk. But regular honey lemon tea and 3 ltr water,brown bread .veggies .chicken. Etc and I do planks warm up squats. Only for 10 mins all together. (3 days a week and twice a day sometimes) I didn't had any complications while delivering a baby .It was a vaginal delivery. With few stitches which are healed by now and I don't have any infection or diseases either. But my mom is a diabetics patient. Currently I weigh 56 kg and 4.9 ft.I wanna lose weigh in very natural way and want effective workouts which consume less time. Please suggest me remedies .exercises diet plan or anything so .Which can help me lose weigh effectively? Waiting for reply. Thanks.

You are just 19. Exercise that you are doing currently is enough to keep you healthy for a while. Do not be in a hurry to severely restrict your diet. If you are feeding your baby it may hamper its growth. Enjoy your motherhood. Think about weight loss after 6 months.
