Hi Every one, I am facing neck pain. Sometime it's due to type of sleeping lying on bed and keeping the pillow. But changing the size (Thickness) of pillow it's became common. Following are the helpful to solve. Age: 30 yrs Weight: 80 kg Ht: 5.11 ft.

Usually if you use a thick pillow it will increase the stress on the cervical spine leading to pain. If you cannot avoid a pillow then use a cervical pillow. Neck pain also depends upon the posture of your neck while working, try to keep it always straight. Avoid bike driving especially on bumpy roads which will increase the stress.
