Can Asymptomatic lymph node tb be diagnosed/ruled out by CBC/ESR/CRP? Don't want painful FNAC. mantoux will be non reliable as I had lung tb with reactive LN hyperplasia at age of 9 with completed AKT. QUANTIFERON GOLD is too costly & will be it be reliable as I have history of tb 14 years ago? I seriously don't want FNAC. Any alternative?

FNAC is the treatment of choice for diagnosis and otherwise we can plan for a surgical removal and send the sample for a histopathological examination
