Hi. Me and my husband are trying to conceive since 2 months. I got my periods on 27th june and Doctor gave me ova shield ds to start from 2nd day and my follicles size was 20 x 14 by 16th day of period. We were very active during 10th day to 20th day and took susten tablet for 10 days but I got my period on 28th July (today). I am disappointed why I didn't get pregnant? Now my doctor gave me letroz 2.5 mg and progynova 2 mg. What difference these 2 new drugs will bring instead of ova shield?

Ova shield and Letroz are the tablets to induce ovulation .I.e. They stimulate the production of follicles and induce ovulation. So that chances of pregnancy is more. Both tablets have same effect. If there is no pregnancy in one tablet, infertility specialists usually prescribe other drug.
