Hi Sir, I need your help, I have a varicocele of grade 3 in lower part of left testis from last month I am taking gb-29 capsule for neuropathic pain, and my right scrotal is empty due to torsion surgery in 2016, so right scrotal is empty and now I am suffering from varicocele of grade 3 in left scrotal? So what I have do in this situation? Dr. Told me about operation but there is no chances for consistency flow of sperm after operation will done? So what I have do? Any suggestion?
