Heavy pain in left breast I am very afraid about this. Is it be cancer. There is a slight lump in breast. Blue vagina are visible sometime. There is heavy pain while breastfeeding to my minor son.

The mere pain is not an indication of cancer and you are over anxious of it. If you can do a mammogram, the fear can be cleared and you can confirm that you have no cancer. As you are breastfeeding the collection of milk , if not fed well can cause a pan and will go if you properly breastfeed
