Hello Doctor, Day before yesterday after having dinner at night I started feeling very uncomfortable. I got burps with acid reflux and in the morning I had loose motions. But the loose motions were not very severe. In the morning I was feeling very weak. After having eggs in the breakfast I felt a bit energetic. But again in the afternoon I was experiencing fatigue. I even had mild pain in the upper part of the abdomen. Later in the evening I had green dal in dinner. After two to three hours I started feeling very heavy near the chest as if all the food was stuck in there. I felt the urge to vomit out everything but my body wasn't able to do it naturally. So I vomited on my own and whatever I ate in the dinner came out as it is undigested. After vomiting I felt the relief and I was able to sleep peacefully. Now today still I am feeling very weak, I am not able to do any household chores. I had a glass of guava juice in the morning and some eggs after which I felt a bit good. In the afternoon I had two mosambis which I know is good in such situations. Yet I am feeling better then yesterday the fatigue is not going away. The stools and the urine was also normal colour. Also, forgot to mention since the day I felt ill I had mild fever. But right now I don't have. Please Note - Yesterday I took tablets Afenak Plus - Mr. and Oflomaxx - OZ after which the loose motion stopped and I felt a little better but not completely. So I request you to tell me what's wrong with my digestion and stomach. Most likely I feel I am having gastritis but not sure. Right now I am in a village where it is not possible to get good doctors. Please help me and prescribe effective medicines and remedy to overcome the fatigue. Please reply as soon as possible.
