Dear Lybrateuser, - Along with exercise you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to provide you energy & build muscles - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - sprinkle a little salt on food before consumption if bp goes low - consult a dietician for your exact requirement of proteins & calories per day as per your activity level, constitution & dietary habits.
