I?m a 29 year old female. I have been suffering from the following symptoms from a long time now: 1) Severe headaches 2) Nausea 3) Bloating & belching 4) Acidity 5) weakness in body I have had tests done in the past such as endoscopy which has come clear with mild signs of gastritis. But now, almost every 3 days I fall sick. I have been taking Pan D 40 for a 8-9 months now. It also stops me from going to work. I don?t know what to do? Please help.
