Hello, Thanks for the query. Usually high blood glucose or diabetes, hardly produces any easily recognisable symptoms. That is one of the reasons why about 46% of diabetic patients do not know that they have developed the condition. Typical symptoms are excess thirst, excess hunger, excess eating plus feeling of tiredness & unexplained weight loss. In low blood glucose (hypoglycemia), symptoms are feeling of weakness, uneasiness, hunger, sweating on forehead, blurred vision, difficulty in concentrating etc. High or low blood pressure hardly produce any easily recognisable symptoms. However, if BP goes very high then there may be giddiness, headache, heavyness in head, may occur. Very low BP can also cause giddiness and patient may collapse. Precautions include regular check of blood glucose & pressure, healthy lifestyle and exercise. Thanks.
