I am 14 and suffering from little pain in my back and abdomen from past 3 days and tiredness. I feel full sooner after eating less also. Am I having ovarian cancer?

Please see a gyne oncologist or a Surgical oncologist. They would examine you and ask for an ultrasound pelvis, CA125, AFP, B-HCG and LDH to rule out cancer. More likely it may be a sign of anemia or VitD deficiency rather than ovarian cancer. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
