Hi Sir, I need your help, I have a varicocele of grade 3 in lower part of left testis from last month. I am taking gb-29 capsule for neuropathic pain and my right scrotal is empty due to torsion surgery in 2016, so right scrotal is empty and now I am suffering from varicocele of grade 3 in left scrotal? So what I have do in this situation? Dr. Told me about operation but there is no chances for consistency flow of sperm after operation will done? So what I have do? Any suggestion? And my semen analysis test also shows there is no sperm seen in semen. So what is the best option for me?

Yes varicocele needs surgery. Regarding no sperm in semen, it has to be evaluated either obstructive or non obstructive azospermia. Then management accordingly. Kindly consult your andrologist.
