Better to get examination done by a head and neck or a cancer specialist. Depending on history and physical examination findings, they may ask for a biopsy or fnac of the same despite the ultrasound showing node with fatty hilum, which usually indicates non cancerous. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
