I am 24 years old guy. I am suffering from hair fall. Some bald spot starts seeing on the crown. I have consulted a dermatologist and have gone through RPR test and scrapping test. Rpr test came negative but filamentous fungi has been seen. The dermatologist gave me some medicine and tririse hair serum and shampoo. I am taking these medicine and applying the serum and shampoo since last 3 months but I think it is not working. One of my friend suggests me to apply tugain 10? What should I do? Suggestions plz.
