I have been suffering abdominal pain since 3 days ago. My evacuation was liquid only a day but other times its soft and lesser. I already taken saline and algin (tymonium methyl sulphate) tablet 3 times but not getting any result. After taking gastric tablet few hours I felt good but not a permanent. Please suggest me what to do.
