Sir I am 24 years old. I have piles on my anus. I conformed by a surgeon. Doctor given me medicine for 7 days tablets are (pantoprazole tablets before food morning and night) and ciplox-TZ morning and night after food) and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP (morning and night after food, Lactulose solution 15 ml at night, and Lignocaine hydrochloride gel I.p to apply, doctor said 7 days if it not cured we will do operation to remove the piles. My question which way is better to cure piles by operation or by medicine. What is reason behind of getting piles? What is food to eat and what are the food to avoid sir? Thank you.
