Hello lybrate-user Masturbation does not cause memory loss but it is the guilt associated with it that affects a persons thought process and thus his day to day activities. There are two things to keep in mind. 1. Masturbation should not be made into a habit. Do it only when you feel the need and not as a routine. Keep yourself busy in work and avoid watching porn etc. Yes but when the need is felt it should be done. 2. Do not feel guilty about masturbation.
