Hello- Vardenafil belongs to the class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. It is used to treat erectile dysfunction (male impotence). It does this by allowing a greater blood flow into the penis when a man taking the medication is sexually aroused. Side effects includes- sudden vision loss; ringing in your ears, or sudden hearing loss; chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling; irregular heartbeat; swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet; shortness of breath; vision changes; feeling light-headed, fainting;
