I am 22 year old I was pregnant it was my first time so I was very excited to confirm my pregnancy doctor asked me to have ultrasound in 6 th week but nothing was visible in the ultrasound. Then doctor said may be my dates are wrong. Then on 7.4 week I had bleeding with clots for half day .then I had beta hcg test which comes out to be 138.9.so have I lost my child or there any chance.

There is high risk of ectopic pregnancy so better get tvs done and repeat beta hcg after 3 days. If beta hcg level rises more than double and uterus still does not shows any signs of pregnancy then you are at risk of ectopic pregnancy. If level falls down and uterus is empty on usg then it was spontaneous abortion. Nothing can be done in that case yet in future you need to be very careful and take treatment from beginning.

It is likely that you aborted completely. To be on safe side it there are any smptoms pl get a rpt usg done after a week/10 days.
